About Workshop

The proposed workshop will provide a platform for the Research Academy researchers to have face-to-face interaction to discuss research ideas, joint supervision and way forward aligned with the objectives of the Academy


The proposed 2-day workshop will have paper presentations pertaining, but not limited to, the existing thematic tracks of the Academy:

  • 1) Infrastructure Technology
  • 2) Economic Development
  • 3) Mobility & Transport
  • 4) Health & Well-Being
  • 5) Urban Planning
  • 6) Energy, Water & Waste
  • 7) Food Security & Agriculture
  • 8) Emerging areas

These sessions will not only bring colleagues already engaged in mutual discussions, but also create new thought partnerships for future Joint Degree Program (JDP) and research calls for proposals. In addition to the technical sessions, a special session will also be organized for students already working in the JDP to learn about their research and track progress. It is intended that the papers presented at the workshop will be published in an edited book.
